Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing, browsing, or placing an order with Maple Furnishers.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Maple Furnishers website and services. By accessing, browsing, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to Maple Furnishers

“You”, “user”, “customer” refers to any individual accessing or purchasing from the website

Section 02

Nature of Products

All products offered by Maple Furnishers are made-to-order. Each piece is manufactured specifically after an order is confirmed.

No two products are identical
Natural materials such as wood and fabric will exhibit variations in grain, texture, tone, and finish
These variations are not defects, but a characteristic of handcrafted furniture

Section 03

Customisation Policy

We offer full customisation across dimensions, materials, finishes, and fabrics.

Final output may have minor variations from digital renders or reference images
All custom specifications are considered final once production begins
Custom orders cannot be altered after production has started

Section 04

Orders & Payments

All orders are confirmed only upon 100% advance payment
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
Maple Furnishers reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion

Section 05

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before production begins
Once production has started, no cancellations will be accepted
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed after deduction of applicable charges (if any)

Section 06

Manufacturing & Delivery

All products are manufactured after order confirmation. Delivery timelines vary based on product type, design complexity, and customisation requirements. Any timelines communicated are indicative and not guaranteed.

Shipping Terms

Shipping charges are additional and will be communicated at the time of order
Delivery delays may occur due to external factors such as logistics, weather, or operational constraints

Section 07

Installation

Installation services are chargeable, unless specified otherwise
Installation availability depends on location and product type
The customer is responsible for ensuring site readiness before installation

Section 08

Product Inspection & Acceptance

At the time of delivery, you are required to inspect the product for visible damage, structural defects, and finish inconsistencies beyond acceptable standards.

Once the product is delivered and accepted, any damage due to handling, usage, or environmental factors becomes the customer’s responsibility.

Section 09

Returns & Replacements

We follow a strict no-return policy, except in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage.

Conditions

Issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
Clear photographic/video evidence must be provided
Maple Furnishers reserves the sole right to determine validity of the claim

Resolution may include: Repair, Replacement, or Partial correction.

Section 10

Warranty

We offer a 36-month warranty on our products.

This warranty covers

Manufacturing defects in structure or workmanship

This warranty does NOT cover

Natural wear and tear
Wood movement, grain variation, or seasonal expansion
Fabric fading, staining, or misuse
Damage due to improper handling, exposure to moisture, heat, or sunlight

Section 11

Material Disclaimer

Our products use natural and hand-finished materials.

Wood may expand or contract based on climate conditions
Fabric colours may appear different under varying lighting conditions
Minor polish or finish variation is part of handcrafted production

These are not considered defects.

Use of Website

Misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access
Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
Engage in any activity that disrupts the platform

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, images, text, and branding — is the property of Maple Furnishers. No part may be used or reproduced without prior written consent.
