Maple Furnishers

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Made-to-order furniture, crafted with care. Please review our shipping processes and terms below.

Section 01

Made-to-Order Manufacturing

All Maple Furnishers products are crafted on order.

Each piece enters production only after order confirmation and payment. This allows us to maintain complete control over quality, materials, and finish.

Section 02

Delivery Timeline

As every product is made-to-order, delivery timelines vary based on: Product type and complexity, level of customisation, and production load.

Note: Timelines shared at the time of purchase are indicative, not guaranteed. We prioritise craftsmanship over speed and we keep you informed through the process.
Section 03

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is chargeable and not included in product prices
  • Charges are calculated based on product size, weight, and delivery location
  • Final shipping cost will be communicated before order confirmation
Section 04

Delivery Process

Deliveries are handled through trusted logistics partners and in-house coordination where applicable.

The delivery team will contact you prior to dispatch or delivery. Customers must ensure availability to receive the product at the scheduled time.

Section 05

Site Readiness

Before delivery, please ensure: Clear access paths (doorways, lifts, staircases), adequate space for movement and placement, and necessary permissions for entry, if applicable.

Maple Furnishers is not responsible for delivery delays or additional costs arising due to site constraints.
Section 06

Installation Services

  • Installation is chargeable and may vary based on product and location
  • Availability of installation depends on service coverage
  • Installation, where applicable, is scheduled separately from delivery
Section 07

Delays & External Factors

While we aim to deliver within committed timelines, delays may occur due to: Logistics disruptions, weather conditions, regional restrictions, and supply chain dependencies.

Such delays do not qualify for cancellation or compensation.
Section 08

Delivery Acceptance

At the time of delivery, customers are required to: Inspect the product for visible damage or defects, and confirm receipt only after basic verification.

Once the product is accepted, responsibility transfers to the customer. Delayed reporting of issues may result in rejection of claims. Delay claims must be registered within 24-48 hours.
Section 09

Multiple Shipments

For orders with multiple products, items may be delivered separately, depending on production timelines.

No guarantee of a single consolidated delivery.
