Custom Built
Every Maple piece is manufactured only after order confirmation.

Claims are reviewed and approved after assessment by Maple Furnishers.
Report Quickly
Issues should be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Made-to-Order Policy

All Maple Furnishers products are custom-built on order.

Due to the personalised nature of our furniture, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy, except under specific conditions outlined below.

Section 2

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before production begins
  • Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted
  • Approved cancellations, if any, will be processed after deduction of applicable costs
Section 3

Eligible Cases for Return / Replacement

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damage during transit

No other reasons, including change of mind, aesthetic preference, or minor variation, will be accepted.

Section 4

Reporting an Issue

To raise a concern:

  • Notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos highlighting the issue
  • Include order details for reference

Delayed reporting may result in rejection of the claim.

Assessment & Resolution

All claims are subject to inspection and approval by Maple Furnishers.

The company reserves the sole right to determine whether a product qualifies as defective.

Based on evaluation, we may offer:

Repair   |   Replacement   |   Partial correction

Refunds are not standard practice and are issued only in exceptional cases.

Section 6

Non-Eligible Conditions

The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Natural wood grains, texture, or colour variations
  • Minor finish or polish differences
  • Fabric tone variations due to lighting or screen differences
  • Seasonal expansion or contraction of wood
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to misuse, improper handling, or environmental exposure
